PROCESS OF BAGS PRODUCTION

  • Rolling and flattening the paper for cutting into required size of the bag
  • Folding the already cut papers into bag’s shape using various measure








  •  Screen printing the logo/design on the folded paper (bag)








  • Hanging or placing the folded bags to dry







  • Gluing the already-dried and folded bag, using hand-made brushes made out of sticks and thrown away sponges






  • Putting on the handle weaved (by single mothers) out of banana leaves
  • Counting the finished bags and checking for rejects
  • Packing the bags and ready for delivering
